- Paracetamol 1g per 100ml

Side effects
- Rare: allergic reactions
- skin rash. Very rare: blood disorders.
Precautions
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to paracetamol.
- Contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
- Use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal impairment
- chronic alcoholism
- or malnutrition.
- Do not use concurrently with other paracetamol
- containing products to avoid overdose.
- Monitor liver function in patients on long
- term therapy.
- Caution in patients taking hepatotoxic medications or CYP2E1 inducers (e.g.
- isoniazid).
- For intravenous use only
- administer over 15 minutes.
