Precautions

• Do not use in patients with hypophosphataemia (low blood phosphate) or aluminium accumulation disorders.
• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment — aluminium may accumulate.
• Prolonged high
• dose use may cause constipation and electrolyte imbalance.
• May reduce absorption of some medicines (e.g. tetracyclines
• fluoroquinolones
• iron) — take 2 hours apart.
• Consult a doctor before use in children
• elderly
• or pregnant/breastfeeding women.
• Keep out of reach of children.
