Precautions
- Do not use in patients with hypophosphataemia (low blood phosphate) or aluminium accumulation disorders.
- Use with caution in patients with renal impairment β aluminium may accumulate.
- Prolonged high
- dose use may cause constipation and electrolyte imbalance.
- May reduce absorption of some medicines (e.g. tetracyclines
- fluoroquinolones
- iron) β take 2 hours apart.
- Consult a doctor before use in children
- elderly
- or pregnant/breastfeeding women.
- Keep out of reach of children.
