GOFEN 400 Clearcap 400 mg

Indication

Temporarily relieves minor aches and pain associated with the common cold, headache, toothache, muscular aches, backache, minor pain of arthritis, pain of menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea), and temporarily reduces fever.

Ingredients

• Ibuprofen 400 mg (as free acid and potassium salt)

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 capsule every 4 to 6 hours while symptoms occur. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration needed.

• May cause stomach upset
• heartburn
• nausea
• dizziness
• or headache.
• Serious stomach bleeding
• allergic reactions
• and kidney problems can occur rarely
• especially with higher doses or prolonged use.

Precautions

• Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to ibuprofen
• aspirin
• or other NSAIDs.
• Use caution if you have a history of stomach ulcer
• gastrointestinal bleeding
• kidney disease
• heart disease
• high blood pressure
• or are taking anticoagulants.
• Avoid taking with other NSAIDs unless advised by a healthcare professional.
