Indication

Used for relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, acute pain, dysmenorrhoea, and related inflammatory conditions.

Ingredients

• Celecoxib BP 200 mg

Direction

For oral use. Osteoarthritis: 200 mg daily. Rheumatoid arthritis: 100 mg to 200 mg twice daily. In treatment of pain and dysmenorrhoea: initial dose of 400 mg followed by an additional dose of 200 mg if needed, or as prescribed by the physician.

Side effects

• Stomach pain or indigestion
• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Headache
• Dizziness

Precautions

• Use carefully in patients with cardiovascular
• kidney
• or liver disease.
• Avoid use in patients with NSAID allergy or active gastrointestinal ulcer or bleeding.
• Use during pregnancy only on medical advice and avoid late pregnancy unless specifically directed.
• Keep out of reach of children.
