Indication
Treatment of bronchial secretion disorders in bronchopulmonary conditions.
Ingredients
- Terpin hydrate 100 mg
- Sodium benzoate 50 mg
- Dextromethorphan HBr 5 mg
Direction
Oral route. Adults: 6 tablets per day in 3 divided doses. Children over 15 years old: 1 to 3 tablets per day depending on age.
Side effects
- Constipation
- Drowsiness
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Bronchospasm
- Allergic skin reactions
Precautions
- Do not use in respiratory insufficiency.
- Do not use for asthmatic cough.
- Do not combine with MAO inhibitors.
- Avoid alcohol during treatment.
- Avoid combining with another antitussive or medicines that dry out secretions.
- Use is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
