Indication

Nutritional supplement for pre-conception, pregnancy and breast-feeding, designed to help provide nutritional support throughout pregnancy and during breast-feeding.

Ingredients

• Multinutrient tablet with folic acid 400 µg and vitamin D 10 µg
• Omega
• 3 DHA capsule providing DHA 300 mg and EPA 60 mg
• Iron 17 mg
• Zinc 15 mg

Direction

Take one multinutrient tablet per day plus one omega-3 capsule per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach.
