Indication

Everyday energy release and mental performance. Provides high-dose B group vitamins with Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc. Sugar and caffeine free.

Ingredients

• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 15 mg
• Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 15 mg
• Vitamin B3 (Niacin) 50 mg
• Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid) 23 mg
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 10 mg
• Vitamin B9 (Folic acid) 400 mcg
• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg
• Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 500 mg
• Calcium 100 mg
• Magnesium 100 mg
• Zinc 10 mg

Direction

Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water (200-250 ml) and drink immediately once daily.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated at recommended doses
• Mild gastrointestinal discomfort may occur
• Urine may turn yellow (due to riboflavin) — this is harmless
