Indication

Treatment of mild to moderate bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms including: acute otitis media, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, acute bronchitis, uncomplicated urinary tract infections, and uncomplicated cervical and urethral gonorrhea.

Ingredients

• Cefixime (as cefixime trihydrate) 100 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 10 years or weighing more than 25 kg: 200-400 mg daily as a single dose or in two divided doses. Children 6 months to 10 years: 8 mg/kg/day as a single dose or in two divided doses. Dissolve sachet content in a small amount of water before administration. Take for the full prescribed duration even if symptoms improve. Keep out of reach of children.
