Indication

Relief of headache and migraine. To be taken after meal.

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) USP 400 mg
• Aspirin USP 250 mg
• Caffeine USP 65 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 caplets every 6 hours while symptoms persist. Do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: consult a doctor.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal irritation (due to aspirin)
• Nausea
• Dizziness
• Risk of bleeding (aspirin antiplatelet effect)

Precautions

• Take after meal to reduce stomach irritation
• Not for use in children under 12 years without medical advice
• Do not use in patients with peptic ulcer or bleeding disorders
• Avoid alcohol use
• Do not use with other NSAIDs
• Keep out of reach of children
