Comprehensive nutritional supplement providing folic acid and 15 vitamins and minerals for use before conception, throughout pregnancy, and during breastfeeding.

Direction

One capsule daily with the main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal discomfort (may be reduced by taking with food)
