Indication
Comprehensive nutritional supplement providing folic acid and 15 vitamins and minerals for use before conception, throughout pregnancy, and during breastfeeding.
Ingredients
- Folic acid 400 mcg
- Vitamin D 2.5 mcg (100 IU)
- Vitamin E 10 mg
- Vitamin C 70 mg
- Thiamine (B1) 3 mg
- Riboflavin (B2) 2 mg
- Niacin 20 mg
- Vitamin B6 10 mg
- Vitamin B12 4.2 mcg
- Vitamin K 200 mcg
- Iron 20 mg
- Magnesium 150 mg
- Zinc 15 mg
- Iodine 140 mcg
- Copper 1 mg
Direction
One capsule daily with the main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink.
Side effects
- Gastrointestinal discomfort (may be reduced by taking with food)
- Iron may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals
- This product contains iron
- which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children
Precautions
- If taking anti
- coagulants (blood thinners)
- do not take without medical advice
- This product contains iron β harmful to very young children in excess
- Do not exceed recommended dose
- Store below 25Β°C in a dry place
- out of sight and reach of children
- Do not take if allergic to soya
