Indication

Dual pack supplement for use throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. Provides recommended levels of folic acid, vitamin D, and high quality Omega-3 DHA 300mg. Maternal intake of DHA contributes to normal brain and eye development of the foetus.

Direction

Take 1 Pregnacare tablet and 1 Omega-3 capsule daily with the main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink.
