Indication
Dual pack supplement for use throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. Provides recommended levels of folic acid, vitamin D, and high quality Omega-3 DHA 300mg. Maternal intake of DHA contributes to normal brain and eye development of the foetus.
Ingredients
- Folic acid 400 mcg
- Vitamin D 10 mcg
- Omega
- 3 DHA 300 mg (from high quality fish oil)
Direction
Take 1 Pregnacare tablet and 1 Omega-3 capsule daily with the main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink.
Side effects
- Fishy aftertaste
- Mild gastrointestinal discomfort
- This product contains iron which may be harmful to very young children in excess
Precautions
- Contains Vitamin K β do not take with oral anticoagulants without medical advice
- Contains iron β potentially harmful to very young children in excess
- Do not exceed recommended dose
