Indication
Treatment of severe acne (nodular or conglobate acne, or acne at risk of permanent scarring) resistant to adequate courses of standard therapy with systemic antibiotics and topical therapy. See insert paper for full indications.

See insert paper for full administration instructions. Package: 10 soft capsules x 3 blisters per box. Preserve in light resistant container, below 30°C.

- Teratogenic
- causes severe birth defects
- Dry lips and skin
- Elevated liver enzymes
- Elevated blood lipids
- Mood changes and depression
- Photosensitivity

- CONTRAINDICATED in pregnancy

- Strict contraception required during and after treatment
- Regular liver function and lipid monitoring required
