Indication
Treatment of herpes simplex infections of the skin including initial and recurrent genital herpes and herpes labialis.
Ingredients
- Aciclovir 5% (Aciclovir Cream B.P.)
Direction
Apply cream to the affected area 5 times daily for 5 days. Treatment should begin as soon as possible after the start of an infection.
Side effects
- Transient burning or stinging on application
- Drying or flaking of the skin
- Itching
