Indication

Multi-use peppermint preparation. Used to help digestion, relieve stomach pains, combat fatigue, and as a refreshment. Also used medicinally to soothe headaches, cool the skin, and as an antiseptic. Can be taken on a lump of sugar, in a glass of water, or in tea, milk, or a warm drink.

Ingredients

• Alcohol 80%
• Peppermint oil 1.32%
• Distilled water to 100%

Direction

Put a few drops on a lump of sugar, in a glass of water, or in tea/milk. For external use: apply to forehead or temples to soothe headache. Use only a few drops at a time.

Side effects

• Excessive internal use may cause stomach irritation
• Do not apply near eyes or on broken skin
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
