Indication

For relief of cough, cold, flu and fever. Relieves nasal congestion, runny nose, headache, body aches, cough, and fever associated with common cold and influenza.

Ingredients

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
• Paracetamol BP 500 mg
• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide BP 10 mg
• Cetirizine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician. Take with water. Do not crush or chew tablets.

Side effects

• Drowsiness due to cetirizine component
• Dry mouth
• nausea
• or dizziness
• Palpitations due to phenylephrine
