Levoxin Eye Drops 5ml 0.5%

Indication

Sterile antibiotic eye drops for treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis and other ocular infections caused by susceptible organisms.

Ingredients

• Levofloxacin 0.5% (5 mg/mL)

Direction

For eye use only as directed by physician. Instill 1-2 drops into affected eye(s) every 2 hours while awake for 2 days, then 1-2 drops 4 times daily for 5 more days.

• Blurred vision
