Indication
Productive cough due to bronchitis or emphysema. Plus mucolytic.
Ingredients
- Bromhexine HCl 4mg
- Guaifenesin 100mg
- Ethanol 8% v/v per 5ml
Direction
Adults: 2 tsp (10ml) 3x daily. Children 6-12: 2 tsp (10ml) 3x daily. Children under 6: 1 tsp (5ml) 3x daily.
Side effects
- Nausea
- GI disturbance
- Allergic skin rashes
Precautions
- Caution in GI ulceration
- Caution during pregnancy and lactation
- Keep out of reach of children
