Indication

- Respiratory tract infections (pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis) - Skin and soft tissue infections - Pharyngitis and tonsillitis - Certain sexually transmitted infections

Ingredients

Azithromycin 250 mg

Direction

Take once daily as prescribed, usually for 3-5 days; take at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after food. Complete the full course.

Side effects

Nausea
vomiting
diarrhea
Abdominal pain
Headache
Allergic skin reactions (occasionally)

Precautions

Tell your doctor about heart rhythm problems (QT prolongation risk)
Caution in liver or kidney impairment
Inform doctor of allergy to macrolide antibiotics
May interact with antacids
