Indication

Mucolytic for cough with mucus: breaks down phlegm, dissolves mucus, and relieves cough in acute and chronic respiratory conditions with thick mucus secretions.

Ingredients

• Acetylcysteine 200 mg

Direction

Dissolve one sachet (1 g granule) in a glass of water and drink. Adults and children over 7 years: 1 sachet 2-3 times daily. Follow package insert and physician's instructions.

Side effects

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Stomatitis
• Rash
• Bronchospasm (rare)

Precautions

• Do not use in patients with hypersensitivity to acetylcysteine
• Use with caution in asthma and peptic ulcer
• Consult doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding
