Indication
Treatment of androgen-dependent conditions in women such as acne, seborrhoea, mild hirsutism and androgenetic alopecia; also provides reliable contraception during treatment.
Ingredients
- Cyproterone acetate 2 mg
- Ethinylestradiol 0.035 mg
Direction
Oral use. Take one tablet daily for 21 consecutive days, starting on the first day of the menstrual cycle, followed by a 7-day tablet-free interval.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Headache
- Breast tenderness
- Breakthrough bleeding
- Mood changes
- Increased risk of venous thromboembolism
Precautions
- Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Contraindicated in history of thromboembolic disorders
- Avoid in smokers over 35 years of age
- Caution in hypertension
- diabetes
- and liver disease
- Store below 30°C
- Keep out of reach of children
