Indication

Symptomatic relief of nausea and vomiting, and the symptoms of functional dyspepsia such as epigastric fullness, early satiety, and upper abdominal discomfort.

Ingredients

• Domperidone Maleate BP equivalent to Domperidone 10 mg

Direction

Oral use. As prescribed by the physician.

Side effects

• Dry mouth
• Headache
• Abdominal cramps
• Diarrhoea
• Hyperprolactinaemia (galactorrhoea
• gynaecomastia)
• QT prolongation and serious ventricular arrhythmias (rare)

Precautions

• Use lowest effective dose for shortest duration
• Caution in hepatic impairment
• Avoid in patients with known QT prolongation or significant electrolyte disturbance
• Contains tartrazine
• may cause allergic reactions
• Store below 30°C
