Indication
Symptomatic relief of nausea and vomiting, and the symptoms of functional dyspepsia such as epigastric fullness, early satiety, and upper abdominal discomfort.
Ingredients
- Domperidone Maleate BP equivalent to Domperidone 10 mg
Direction
Oral use. As prescribed by the physician.
Side effects
- Dry mouth
- Headache
- Abdominal cramps
- Diarrhoea
- Hyperprolactinaemia (galactorrhoea
- gynaecomastia)
- QT prolongation and serious ventricular arrhythmias (rare)
Precautions
- Use lowest effective dose for shortest duration
- Caution in hepatic impairment
- Avoid in patients with known QT prolongation or significant electrolyte disturbance
- Contains tartrazine
- may cause allergic reactions
- Store below 30Β°C
- protected from light and moisture
- Keep out of reach of children
