Indication
Supplement calcium and vitamin D; support development of bones and teeth; prevent osteoporosis among the elderly.
Ingredients
- Calcium carbonate 400 mg
- Vitamin D3 200 IU
Direction
Children 4 years and older: can bite the capsule or squeeze the contents into mouth. Adults 18–50 years old: 1 soft capsule, 1–2 times/day. Elderly over 50 years: 1 soft capsule, 2–3 times/day. Oral route, drink with a large amount of water 15–30 minutes before or after a meal.
Side effects
- Constipation at high doses
- Nausea

- Do not use if allergic to any ingredient
- Avoid if you have gastrointestinal disorders
- liver disease
- kidney disease
- atherosclerosis
- hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria
