Indication

Nutritional supplement providing liquid iron, zinc, and vitamin B complex to help maintain health and vitality; support haemoglobin formation for red blood cells; support women during menstruation, pregnancy, and post-surgery recovery.

Ingredients

• Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 5 mg per 5 mL
• Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1 mg per 5 mL
• Vitamin B6 1 mg per 5 mL
• Vitamin B12 5 mcg per 5 mL
• Folic Acid 50 mcg per 5 mL
• Iron 10 mg per 5 mL
• Zinc 3 mg per 5 mL
• Copper 0.2 mg per 5 mL
• Calcium Glycerophosphate 10 mg per 5 mL
• Niacin (Vitamin B3) 10 mg per 5 mL

Direction

Children 1–2 years: 1/2 teaspoonful twice daily. Children 3–12 years: 1 teaspoonful 2–3 times daily. Adults: 1 teaspoonful 2 times daily. During menstruation or pregnancy: 1–2 teaspoonfuls twice daily. Shake well before use. One teaspoon = approximately 5 mL.

Side effects

• Temporary darkening of stools
• Occasional nausea
