Indication
Bacterial infections requiring IV levofloxacin therapy
Ingredients
- Levofloxacin Hemihydrate equivalent to Levofloxacin 500 mg
Direction
Use as prescribed by the Physician. For intravenous use only.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Headache
- Dizziness
Precautions
- For intravenous use only
- Do not use if bottle is leaking
- solution is cloudy or contains undissolved particles
- Protect from sunlight and freezing
- Store at 25°C or below
- Keep out of reach of children
- Once the vial is removed from the carton the infusion solution must be used within three days
- Once the vial has been opened
- the infusion solution must be used within three hours
