Indication
- Hypertension - Chronic stable angina - Vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina
Ingredients
- Amlodipine 5 mg
Direction
Usually one tablet (5 mg) once daily, with or without food. Dose may be increased to 10 mg by a doctor.
Side effects
- Ankle and leg swelling
- Headache
- Flushing
- Dizziness
- Palpitations
Precautions
- Caution in severe liver impairment
- Caution in heart failure
- May cause ankle swelling
- Avoid grapefruit juice
