Direction

Children 2–6 years: use a small (rice-grain-sized) amount on toothbrush twice daily under adult supervision. Children over 6 years: pea-sized amount twice daily. Brush teeth for 2 minutes. Supervise to minimise swallowing. Spit out after brushing.
