Indication

Eugica (Eucalyptol + Menthol + Ginger oil) is a herbal/natural preparation used to relieve symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections including sore throat, cough, nasal congestion, and mild bronchospasm. The active ingredients have antiseptic, expectorant, and mild bronchodilatory properties.

Ingredients

• Eucalyptol
• Menthol
• Tinh dau gung

Direction

Adults: 1–2 capsules 3–4 times daily after meals. Children 6–12 years: 1 capsule 3 times daily after meals, or as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Nausea
• mild gastrointestinal discomfort — uncommon.
• Allergic reactions — rare.
• Airway irritation in sensitive individuals — rare.

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to any of the herbal ingredients.
• Do not use in children under 6 years.
• Use with caution in patients with asthma — eucalyptol and menthol may irritate airways in sensitive individuals.
• Consult a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 7 days.
