C-sans Plus Cream 15g

Indication

Used for the topical treatment of skin infections involving a combination of fungal, bacterial, and inflammatory components, such as infected eczema, tinea with secondary bacterial infection, and other mixed dermatoses.

Ingredients

• Clotrimazole
• Beclomethasone Dipropionate
• Gentamicin Sulphate

Direction

Adults: Apply a thin layer to the affected area 2–3 times daily. Treatment should not exceed 2 weeks for inflammatory skin conditions or 4 weeks for fungal infections. Wash hands before and after use.

Side effects

• Skin irritation
• burning
• or stinging at application site.
• Prolonged steroid use: skin thinning
• striae
• telangiectasia.
• Rare: sensitization to any of the three active ingredients.

Precautions

• For external use only
• avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not use on the face
• especially for prolonged periods (risk of skin atrophy and rosacea).
• Avoid occlusive dressings unless directed by a physician.
• Risk of HPA axis suppression with extensive or prolonged use of beclomethasone.
• Gentamicin may promote resistant organisms with prolonged use.
• Not recommended for use on large areas or during pregnancy without medical advice.
• Keep out of reach of children.
