Indication

Used for the relief of mild to moderate pain and reduction of fever in infants and young children.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol

Direction

Infants and young children: dose based on weight (10–15 mg/kg per dose) every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum 5 doses in 24 hours.

Side effects

• Rare at recommended doses.
• Liver damage with overdose.
• Allergic reactions (rare).

Precautions

• Do not exceed the stated dose.
• Do not use concurrently with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease.
• Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
