Indication

Sinarest-Forte is a combination analgesic, decongestant, antihistamine, and stimulant used for the symptomatic relief of cold and flu, including nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, fever, headache, and body aches.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride
• Chlorpheniramine maleate
• Caffeine

Direction

Adults: 1 tablet every 6–8 hours. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. Take with or after food. Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Side effects

• Drowsiness.
• Dry mouth
• throat dryness.
• Nausea.
• Headache
• dizziness.
• Increased heart rate (palpitations).
• Insomnia (due to caffeine component).
• Urinary retention (in susceptible individuals).

Precautions

• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Avoid in patients with severe hypertension
• heart disease
• or hyperthyroidism.
• Do not use with MAO inhibitors.
• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment.
• Use with caution in patients with diabetes
• glaucoma
• or enlarged prostate.
• Not for use in children under 12 years.
• Do not exceed recommended dose.
