Indication

Prezen (Doxylamine Succinate 10 mg + Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 10 mg) is used for the treatment of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy (morning sickness). The combination of an antihistamine (doxylamine) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) addresses both the neurological and metabolic components of nausea in early pregnancy.

Direction

Adults (pregnant women): 1 tablet at bedtime on Day 1. If symptoms persist, take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet at bedtime from Day 2 onwards. Tablets should be swallowed whole; do not crush or chew. Take on an empty stomach at bedtime.

• or any component.
• Do not take with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
• Use with caution in patients with asthma
• increased intraocular pressure
• or urinary retention.
• Keep out of reach of children.
