Indication

NUFORCE-G cream (Betamethasone + Clotrimazole + Gentamicin) is a combination topical preparation used for mixed inflammatory, fungal, and bacterial skin infections including infected eczema, tinea, intertrigo, and dermatitis with secondary infection.

Ingredients

• Betamethasone
• Clotrimazole
• Gentamicin

Direction

Apply a thin layer to the affected area 2–3 times daily. Gently rub in until absorbed. Do not use under occlusive dressings unless directed by a physician. Do not use for more than 2 weeks on the face or 4 weeks on other areas without reassessment.

Side effects

• Common: local burning
• itching
• skin irritation.
• Uncommon: skin atrophy
• striae
• telangiectasia with prolonged use.
• Rare: systemic glucocorticoid effects with extensive application
• aminoglycoside ototoxicity if used in ear.

Precautions

• For external use only.
• Avoid prolonged use on large skin areas due to systemic steroid absorption risk.
• Do not use on the face
• groin
• or axillae for extended periods.
• Do not use in children under 2 years without medical advice.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not use on open wounds or infected lesions without diagnosis.
• Keep out of reach of children.
