Indication
Relief of flatulence, bloating, and abdominal discomfort caused by excessive gas in the gastrointestinal tract. Acts as an antifoaming agent to allow gas bubbles to coalesce and be eliminated.
Ingredients
- Dimeticone
Direction
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet (2.25 g) dissolved in half a glass of water after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by the physician. Children 6β12 years: consult a physician.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated
- Constipation (rare)
- Diarrhoea (rare)
Precautions
- Not for long
- term use without medical advice.
- Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or are severe.
- Not a treatment for serious gastrointestinal conditions.
