Indication
Treatment of erectile dysfunction.
Ingredients
- Sildenafil Citrate

Side effects
- Headache
- Flushing
- Dyspepsia (indigestion)
- Nasal congestion
- Dizziness
- Visual disturbances (blurred vision
- blue
- green colour tinge)
- Palpitations
- Hypotension
Precautions
- Contraindicated in patients taking nitrates or nitric oxide donors (e.g. glyceryl trinitrate) — risk of severe hypotension.
- Contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment
- recent stroke or myocardial infarction
- or hereditary degenerative retinal disorders.
- Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease
- hypotension
- or bleeding disorders.
- Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours.
- Not intended for use in women or children.
- May potentiate hypotensive effects of alpha
- blockers
- allow at least 4 hours between doses.
- Seek immediate medical attention if erection lasts longer than 4 hours (priapism).
- Sudden vision or hearing loss has been reported — discontinue and seek medical advice immediately.
