Indication
Bru-O 200 is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections including urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, sexually transmitted infections, skin infections, and ear infections.
Ingredients
- Ofloxacin
Direction
Take as directed by your physician, usually twice daily. Take at regular intervals and complete the full course of treatment.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Photosensitivity
- Tendon rupture (rare)
Precautions
- Not for use in patients with history of tendon disorders related to fluoroquinolone use
- Avoid excessive sun exposure
- Not for use in children and growing adolescents
- Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
