Indication
Tussipax is a centrally-acting antitussive (cough suppressant) indicated for the symptomatic relief of dry, irritating, non-productive cough in adults. For oral use. Prescription only medicine (UNIQUEMENT SUR ORDONNANCE - Liste I).
Ingredients
- Codeine
- Ethylmorphine Hydrochloride (Chlorhydrate d'Éthylmorphine)
Direction
For oral use as directed by a physician. Respect the prescribed doses. Do not drive or operate machinery without reading the package leaflet (Level 1 driving warning). Take with water.
Side effects
- Drowsiness and sedation
- Constipation
- Nausea or vomiting
- Dependence with prolonged use (opioid
- containing product)
- Respiratory depression at high doses
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any adverse effect occurs

- CONTRAINDICATED during pregnancy — TUSSIPAX + GROSSESSE = DANGER
