Smecta Orange-Vanilla 3 g per sachet

Indication

Smecta Orange-Vanilla (Diosmectite 3g) is indicated for the treatment of acute diarrhoea in adults and children above 2 years, as an adjunct to oral rehydration; symptomatic treatment of chronic functional diarrhoea in adults; and symptomatic treatment of pain associated with functional bowel diseases in adults.

Direction

Dissolve one sachet in half a glass of water and drink. Adults: 3 sachets per day. Children 2 years and above: as directed by physician. For ages 2 years and above.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated. Constipation may occur with high doses.
