Motiplus 25 mg

Indication

- Dyspepsia and functional gastrointestinal motility disorders - Nausea and vomiting - Gastro-oesophageal reflux symptoms - Adjunct in certain somatic/psychosomatic disorders

Ingredients

• Levosulpiride 25 mg

Direction

Usually one 25 mg tablet taken three times daily before meals, or as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Drowsiness and fatigue
• Extrapyramidal symptoms (tremor
• restlessness)
• Elevated prolactin (breast tenderness
• galactorrhoea
• menstrual changes)
• Headache and dizziness

Precautions

• Use with caution in the elderly and in renal impairment
• Avoid in Parkinson's disease
• prolactin
• dependent tumours and phaeochromocytoma
• May raise prolactin and cause extrapyramidal symptoms
• Caution when combined with CNS depressants or alcohol
