Indication
Treatment of essential hypertension in adults whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on telmisartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone.
Ingredients
- Telmisartan USP 40 mg
- Hydrochlorothiazide USP 12.5 mg
Direction
One tablet once daily. Swallow with water. May be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Headache
- Electrolyte disturbances
- Nausea
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Monitor renal function and electrolytes
- Use with caution in diabetes
- Keep out of reach of children
