Indication
- Respiratory tract infections - Ear, nose and throat infections - Urinary tract infections - Skin and soft tissue infections
Ingredients
- Amoxicillin 250 mg
Direction
Take by mouth as directed by a doctor, usually every 8 hours. Complete the full prescribed course even if you feel better.
Side effects
- Diarrhea and nausea
- Skin rash
- Allergic reactions
- Rarely
- severe hypersensitivity (anaphylaxis)
Precautions
- Avoid in known allergy to penicillins or cephalosporins
- Tell your doctor about a history of asthma or allergy
- Use with caution in kidney impairment or glandular fever
- May reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives
