Indication
- Symptomatic treatment of vertigo (dizziness) - Vertiginous crises - Balance disorders of vestibular origin
Ingredients
- Acetylleucine 500 mg
Direction
Usual adult dose is 1.5 to 2 g per day (3 to 4 tablets) in 2 divided doses, morning and evening, or as prescribed. Take with a little water.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated
- Rare skin rash or hives
- Rare gastrointestinal upset
- Rare hypersensitivity reactions
Precautions
- Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless advised
- Not for treating the underlying cause of vertigo
- investigate persistent symptoms
- Use with caution in patients with phenylketonuria if formulation contains aspartame
- Consult a doctor if vertigo persists or worsens
