Indication
- Supports nutritional needs before and during pregnancy and while breastfeeding - Folic acid supports baby's neural tube development - DHA supports baby's brain and eye development - Iron supports red blood cell formation
Ingredients
- Prenatal multivitamin with folic acid 800 mcg + DHA 200 mg + iron
Direction
Take 1 softgel daily with food and water.
Side effects
- Constipation or stomach upset (from iron)
- Nausea
- Fishy aftertaste or burping (from DHA)
Precautions
- Contains soy and fish (DHA)
- avoid if allergic
- Do not exceed the recommended dose
- iron overdose is dangerous
