Indication
- Short-term treatment of insomnia - Difficulty falling asleep - Night-time awakening or early waking
Ingredients
- Zopiclone 7.5 mg
Direction
Take one tablet by mouth immediately before bedtime. Treatment should be as short as possible, usually not exceeding 2-4 weeks.
Side effects
- Bitter or metallic taste in the mouth
- Dry mouth
- Drowsiness
- daytime sleepiness
- Dizziness
- headache
Precautions
- Risk of dependence and tolerance with prolonged use
- May impair driving and alertness the next day
- avoid alcohol
- Use caution in respiratory insufficiency
- liver impairment
- and the elderly
- Risk of complex sleep behaviours (e.g. sleep
- walking)
