Indication
- Severe androgen-dependent acne - Hirsutism (excessive hair growth) - Androgenetic alopecia - Oral contraception in women with androgenic conditions
Ingredients
- Cyproterone acetate and Ethinylestradiol
Direction
Take one tablet orally at the same time daily for 21 consecutive days, followed by a 7-day tablet-free interval.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Breast tenderness
- Weight fluctuations
- Mood changes
- Headaches
Precautions
- Increased risk of venous thromboembolism
- Contraindicated with history of blood clots
- Avoid in smokers over age 35
- Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Not for use with breast cancer history
