Indication
Optimum nutrition for mother and baby before and during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Provides vitamins, minerals and trace elements to meet the increased demands of mother-to-be. Assists in prevention of iron deficiency anemia and low birth weight. Iodine supports development of the baby's brain. Ginger root extract helps reduce nausea, vomiting and stomach disturbance.

- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 5 mg
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 5 ug
- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 100 mg
- Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 12.5 ug

- Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 10 mg

Direction
One tablet a day with a main meal. Continue taking Natabiol as long as your doctor recommends. Take Natabiol if possible for at least one month before pregnancy, throughout pregnancy and the breast-feeding period.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated.
- Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any allergic reaction
- irritation or unusual symptoms occur.
Precautions
- Do not use if inner blister seal is broken or missing.
- Consult your doctor prior to use if you have a medical condition.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
