Indication

Treatment of hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on a single agent.

Ingredients

• Olmesartan Medoxomil
• Amlodipine Besylate

Direction

Take one tablet once a day as directed by the physician. The dose may be increased up to 2 tablets per day if required. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours.

• or palpitations.
