Indication
Slow-release iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, B6, zinc and copper supplement to support blood formation, energy release and vitality. Particularly suitable for women during pregnancy and menstruation.
Ingredients
- Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate) 24 mg
- Zinc 12 mg
- Copper 2000 mcg
- Folic Acid 500 mcg
- Vitamin B12 10 mcg
- Vitamin B6 5 mg
Direction
One capsule per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Only to be taken on a full stomach.
